This International law firm is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Residential focused Real Estate Developments team in Birmingham.

The team acts for housebuilders, land promoters, land owners and master developers covering both immediate and strategic land development. They have extensive experience in acting jointly for multiple housebuilders developing in consortium on large scale strategic sites and urban extensions. This includes conditional contracts, promotion, option and hybrid agreements, overage and ransom arrangements, development agreements, collaboration agreements, serviced site transactions, as well as company sales and purchases

The ideal candidate will be:

• 1 - 6PQE
• We are keen to hear from candidates who have Residential Development experience.

Salary:

• £65,000 - £75,000
