Major UK law firm seeks to appoint an ambitious Solicitor or Associate to join their leading restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.
Our client is a Top 70 UK law firm home to a nationally renowned finance and restructuring practice acting for a strong roster of established clients (both on and off-panel) including secured creditors, ABLs, financial institutions, IPs and turnaround specialists.
The firm now seeks to appoint a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join their successful R&I team based in Manchester. Working in a friendly partner led team you'll have exposure to broad ranging matters relating to corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, debt trading, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration as well as property and M&A related issues.
Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you'll work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders, banks and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters.
You will have gained solid non-contentious, transactional experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice. You may already be based in the North West or seeking a move to Manchester from London or another regional centre.
