Risk Management Consultant
Job description
Risk Manager
Home working - based ideally on the M62 corridor or in the Midlands
£60,000-£80,000 + generous car allowance, pension, health care and significant bonus.
Are you obsessed with risk and how it shapes the very fabric of everything businesses face? Would you love to work in a team that share that passion, who get to design the very risk programmes that insulate your clients from those risk exposures, bringing your knowledge, experience and innovation to benefit their businesses?
If so, this could very well be the perfect move for you.
One of the largest independent corporate brokers in the UK are looking to bolster their Risk Management team. A Chartered Insurance Broker with a reputation for delivering a risk first insurance programme for large, complex corporate clients in the UK and overseas.
If you fed up of ticking boxes on site visits and would soon have a real input into clients risk as well as being able to present back to clients in an environment not targeted by revenue generated? If so I want to talk to you.
The role
You'll be one of the first faces this brokers clients see, that's because they put Risk Management at the heart of their solution, designing bespoke programmes for each client.
This means you'll spend a lot of time in front of clients, as well as with your team building these solutions, innovating and brainstorming.
This isn't just a surveying role, but you will lead on this for all your clients, alongside the relevant insurer representative.
The heart of this role is your ability to translate complex risk management problems in to solutions that work for your clients business and blend effectively with the insurance programme.
A rare role that focuses on the client outcome, not on fee generation.
What you'll need
You will need to be ACCII/MIRM or equivalent with strong knowledge of Property surveying.
Personality is key, as you will be integrated into a well established team of like-minded individuals who collaborate on work to get the best outcome for their clients.
