Do you hold multinational broking experience but feel stuck within a large, global Broker where every day feels the same? Based in/near Surrey and would like to ditch the travel into the city and secure a more local challenge?
Would you like to continue looking after multi-national/international placements, but in turn represent a large, independent (and highly credible) family owned Broker where you are rewarded and recognised individually for your efforts?
You typically enjoy the risk management side of broking, offering exceptional consultative advice to clients, thinking outside the box and delivering solutions that won't just benefit your Insurer partners, but your clients too..
You have no interest in the low level, transactional ways of broking, your skills are far better suited looking after larger, more complex clients where you know YOU can make a difference.

We have a rare, unique Risk Management Insurance Broker opportunity to join a top Independent Broker based in Redhill Surrey, fiercely independent and still family owned, so that fact you can still service large lucrative clients, you'll get the best of both worlds in this role
Joining this highly rated Brokers Risk Managed practice, you'll manage global Property and Casualty programmes whilst maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to the business. You'll regularly work in collaboration with your Risk Manager colleagues as well as other divisions in-house including multinational, wholesale and corporate teams
The most exciting part? The risk managed practice is still in it's infancy, meaning you'll have the autonomy to help shape it along with your new colleagues and you'll have opportunity to progress
As an integral part of the team, you will be rewarded correctly as well as given the opportunity to further progress your career internally - This could be moving into a separate team, or progressing into leadership
- On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 + bonuses

To be considered, you'll have an experienced background as a commercial/corporate Account Handler with a passion for risk management. You'll ideally have exposure looking after multinational and/or international placements.
