Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Take charge of a dynamic team of Commercial Insurance professionals, guiding them to new heights.
  • Client Satisfaction and Growth: There are no clients to manage but you will play an active role in supporting your team with client meetings and ensuring the best service levels are met to lock in loyalty.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement strategies to elevate income targets from an impressive £5 million to an ambitious £10 million within 3-5 years.

Qualifications and Experience:
