What the role involves

As a Self-Employed Adviser, you're in the driver's seat, managing your business with support:

  • Provide comprehensive, independent financial planning across a full suite of services (investments, pensions, protection, etc.)
  • Build and manage your own client base, delivering tailored, high-quality advice and fostering long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with central teams for technology, compliance and administrative support, enabling you to focus on what matters most: your clients
  • Maintain and enhance your professional capabilities, with support for continuous development and progression toward Chartered status through a dedicated academy offering training, mentorship and study support

We're looking for Advisers who…

  • Hold a level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), with a commitment to achieving advanced or Chartered status
  • Have demonstrable experience in comprehensive financial advice, whether as a self-employed or employed Adviser
  • Can navigate the UK regulatory framework with confidence and deliver advice that's both compliant and client-focused
  • Are entrepreneurial, client-first and excited about growing a sustainable advisory business with a strong, scalable support structure
