As a Senior Commercial Account Handler you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial clients, collaborating closely with insurance carriers, and ensuring the delivery of top-notch insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business operations and insurance requirements.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related matters.
  • Insurance Portfolio Oversight:
    • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring that insurance coverage aligns with clients' risk management strategies.
    • Review and analyze policy terms, conditions, and coverage to identify potential gaps or improvements.
  • Renewal Process:
    • Lead the renewal process for assigned accounts, negotiating terms and conditions with insurance carriers.
    • Provide clients with renewal options and recommendations, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Risk Assessment:
    • Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients, identifying potential exposures and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Collaboration with Insurance Carriers:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and ensure clients receive the best possible coverage.
