My client is a leading independent law firm looking to expand its successful Litigation division. Based in Glasgow, you will be involved in a range of Commercial Litigation matters including contractual disputes, professional negligence, construction, and debt recovery matters.

You will act on behalf of a range of clients, from SMEs to large corporations and public sector organisations and advise on the resolution of contentious issues. You will have experience in conducting a number of cases in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and through alternative dispute resolution methods.

A minimum of 5 years PQE is required for this role along with excellent negotiation and client liaison skills.
