Job description
A mergers and acquisitions insurance broking team are looking to appoint a Senior Lawyer with a strong technical and commercial understanding of the infrastructure space to transition into the insurance broking space in a role advising clients active within the transactional infrastructure, real assets and real estate space.
The businesses advise buyers and sellers, which include private equity funds, corporate acquirers and infrastructure clients, on all aspects of procuring M&A insurance from origination through to execution.
