The business operates in the premium space (£50m - £10bn) advising heavyweight private equity funds, buyers and sellers on the structuring, procurement and placement of warranty and indemnity insurance policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.

We are looking to talk to a technically astute Corporate Lawyer with appetite to move into a role which combines his or her technical legal and commercial skill-set within the transactional and M&A environment.
