Responsibilities of a client Advisor
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their insurance needs and offering suitable coverage options.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide personalised insurance solutions to protect clients' assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to handle policy inquiries, claims, and renewals efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best possible service.

Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A proactive and customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in insurance software Acturis.
