Joining the business as an Account Director/Executive, you will handle clients who pay anything from £10,000 up to £150,000 in GWP. No 2 days will be the same, this book offers a good level of variety. Clients could be good sized manufacturers, to corporate sized property portfolios and even motor fleets.

On a 'disc report' you'll likely be an S or C, you'll find it natural to put your best interests to your clients, you are a planner, someone your boss describes as 'reliable'. Maintaining high standards is extremely important to you, you get great satisfaction in knowing you have provided the best possible service to your clients.

As an Account Executive and overall person, you'll hold good morals, you'll be professional, consultative and have a strong technical knowledge. Your clients love working with you, you have their trust completely in your hands.

You'll have a strong broking/account handling team to support you with your client base, as well as other departments for your customers to tap into (Private Clients, Claims services etc)

As an integral part of this highly rated business, you will be rewarded with a salary up to £65,000 + car allowance + extensive benefits package.

Based in Leicestershire, there will be no need to be there every day. After all, a bit part of your role is to be out on the road developing relationships with existing/prospective clients.

We will consider individuals across the Midlands including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Northamptonshire, Coventry, Birmingham and Peterborough

You will have a track record of looking after good sized commercial business as an Account Executive, and you will possess the qualities stated above.
