IDEX Consulting are representing a International Reinsurer in London in their search for a Senior Compliance Officer and a Compliance Specialist.

The two roles will play a pivotal part in ensuring the company meets all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

This role will give you exposure to International businesses and regulations and give you the option to further your career in a jurisdiction of your choice. You will be part of a small but dynamic team that provide advisory and policy services to the business units, this is achieved by commercial and strategic thinking and a passion for the detail in regulation.

You will also get significant exposure to Financial Crime and the core principles of Risk Management.

The roles will come with leadership expectations and you will be given the opportunity to promote your ideas and push for a 'best in class' compliance policies where you sit.

Insurance experience is a must for this role.
