A branded international practice known for its strengths in the Energy & Renewables sectors are looking to hire a senior associate to their corporate practice in London.

This role is working closely with the head of corporate who is a market leader in the energy & renewables sectors. The firm will help you build a business case and there is a real opportunity to progress to partnership level.

You will be required to advise on broad range of matters such as M&A (public and private), private equity, venture capital and joint ventures. Matters are primarily cross-border, complex with exciting brands and offer the associate a great deal of responsibility in leading on matters, managing clients and juniors.

Applicants

• Strong academics, articulate with a solid foundation gained within corporate and M&A from a branded law firm
• 5-8 PQE with appetite to get involved with complex, cross border matters and deal with clients directly
• Have experience within the energy & renewables sectors
