Are you a Corporate Broker excelling in your role and doing an incredible job for your clients yet watching the Account Executives/Directors reap all the financial rewards?

This client truly understands the crucial role Corporate brokers play within their business and as such recognise (and financially reward) performance across their teams.

They offer a truly adult culture with huge working flexibility after initial onboarding and training. (1 day per week in the office)

You will be an expert capable of dealing with large commercial clients and enjoy working with autonomy. You will be on control of your own career progression. This doesn't necessarily have to mean moving up into an Account Executive role, it could means honing your skills into a senior, more technical position or support with team management responsibilities..

You will be working with empowering and generous Directors, have great earning potential and be working for a big name within the market.

You're naturally advice led, you know your clients love what you do for them. You're reliable and you probably speak to your clients more than your own Account Executive.....

Would you relish the opportunity to deal with a portfolio of loyal clients paying anything from £20,000 up to £400,000 GWP for their Insurance programmes?

No 2 days will be the same, you'll have clients across a broad range of industry focus groups - life science, technology, food & drink etc incorporating both new business and existing broking!

If successful, you'll be offered a base salary up to £60k which includes home working flexibility, comprehensive benefits package along with share options.

To be considered, you'll hold experience working for a Commercial Broker as an Account Handler. You'll be well-rounded and have dealt with a range of large commercial policies. You would have had exposure to mid-market to corporate sized clients and be interested in a bigger challenge.

As flexibility is offered, this business will consider individuals across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. Senior Corporate Account Handler
