Senior Financial Planning Administrator
Job description
We are working with an award winning firm based in Leeds who are looking to recruit for a very specialised role which has yet to have a proper title.
My clients are specialists in the market and are looking after a huge case book of ultra high network clients and with some great benefits on offer for you.
You will have full autonomy to manage your day and report to one of the senior partners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for clients
- Building and nurturing relationships
- Arrange client meetings and prepare client meeting packs
- Processing and monitoring of all new business
- Ensure that financial transactions are completed correctly and files are fully FCA compliant
- Manage and track pipeline activity providing regular progress updates to client
- Handle all ad-hoc valuation requests in a timely and compliant manner
To be successful for this role you will:
- Strong operational experience within the Financial Services industry
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Professional telephone manner
