Job description
I am working exclusively with a national wealth management firm on a pivotal HR appointment.
This is a specialist role that combines strong Employee Relations expertise with proven Learning & Development leadership. The successful candidate will:
- Handle complex and sensitive ER matters with confidence
- Design and embed L&D programmes suited to the growth stage of SMEs and scale-ups
- Partner closely with the HR Director and Leadership Group to safeguard the organisation while enabling performance and culture
We are specifically looking for someone with genuine scale-up or consolidator experience - comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and change. The role is likely to suit someone who have previously thrived in SME/scale-up environments.
Package & flexibility
- Salary: c.£65,000 + bonus
- Remote role, with quarterly travel to London (expenses paid)
