​IDEX Consulting are currently looking to appoint a number of proven Senior Insurance Recruitment Consultants to manage and develop a successful desk within our highly successful General Insurance Team based in the City.

We work alongside some of the leading insurance businesses in the City and Europe as well as owner/managed businesses where we are trusted advisors. Due to the changes in the wider the market the demand for talent has never been higher and therefore this is an excellent time to join a team of recruitment experts that really know their market.

Our annual billings in this area have trebled over the last 12 months and therefore there is some significant earning potential in the London GI team. We are looking for people that understand the nuances of the London and Lloyd’s market as well as have the capability and desire to develop long term relationships with key clients. Individuals from either recruitment, insurance or ancillary services will be considered.
