IDEX are partnered with strong, Independent, Marine Lloyd's Broker in London who, due to succession planning is looking to make a strategic hire on their marine liability team.

We are talking about a business who have a flat management structure, a firm with strong investment and are looking to grow profusely across all lines of Marine and Non-Marine. Current split of business is currently 60% across the US/LATAM and 40% Rest of the World and clear growth areas are across Europe and Africa

As a Marine Liability Broker, you are naturally entrepreneurial, but you're not receiving enough investment/support from your current business or perhaps you're the number 2 on the Liability team and you're waiting for your break and opportunity to test yourself.

Having a voice and to be given full autonomy is what you have been longing for, and now we are mid part through 2023 (already!) it's time to put your career first.

This is a key, strategic hire whereby the appointment will be offered full investment/autonomy as their Marine Liability specialist where you will service existing broker relationships whilst working with your team and wider senior management team to carve open more relationships globally.
