Job description
Are you a Pension Administrator with experience of DC/DB and SIPP products? Are you a driven and motivated Administrator who is comfortable supporting planners with the client process?
Do you have experience within a similar role but are looking for a new opportunity where exam support is provided with a clear line of progression towards paraplanning or a Planner?
A rare remote role with my clients has arisen due to continued growth of the business. This a work from home opportunity with the only requirement to travel to the office in London, once every 2 months for a team meeting.
Basic Salary £24k -£27k DOE. No commuting costs as it's a remote role!

Job Purpose:
- Provide proactive, efficient and high quality servicing through direct support to Advisers and clients involving regular adviser, provider and client contact
- To follow all processes and procedures to meet operational goals, targets, service level agreements
- Be proficient with our back office system and other servicing sites and tools
- Work individually and as part of a team to deliver accurate work in an efficient and timely manner

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop internal and external relationships to assist in providing an efficient service to clients and manage their expectations on work being undertaken, taking into account income being received and the agreed service levels to be provided
- Liaise and collaborate with colleagues, clients and pension and insurance providers (both UK and abroad) to ensure that requirements of the business and relevant information and agreed deadlines are met
- Prepare and chase letters of authority
- Preparing meeting pack information required in advance of client meetings, fully checked and enclosing the correct documentation
- Preparing of pension reports and undertaking basic pension and cash-flow analysis
- Preparing packs to be sent with advice reports
- Assembling pension transfer packs (in the UK and abroad)
- Use platform and online provider tools
- Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents to product providers
- Ensure fees and income are set up correctly, recorded accurately on the database and collected in a timely manner
- Management of day to day client and provider enquiries in writing/on the telephone, and issue of general correspondence to the clients when required
- Preparing packs for investment reviews
