Job description
As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you'll manage and maintain all administration aspects of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes on behalf of scheme trustees. Acting as the main contact for members, trustees, and third parties, you'll ensure that all transactions and projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You'll also mentor junior team members, peer-review their work, and handle a variety of tasks - from winding up schemes and calculating benefits to complex research projects - all while delivering excellent service.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in DB pension administration.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK pensions legislation and regulations.
- Experience managing annual/ad-hoc pension projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proactive, organised, and client-focused.
Desirable:
- Experience with GMP Reconciliation/Equalisation.
- Knowledge of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF).
