IDEX are currently working with a Wealth Manager in London in their search for a Senior Operational Risk Manager.

This role will report directly into a Director and be one removed from the Chief Risk Officer.

The role will have ownership and development of the Operational Risk framework and you will be part of the leadership that are responsible for:

• Implementing a data led risk intelligence strategy
• Identifying, monitoring and managing key risks in the business and effectively managing them upwards
• Deputise for the Director when required and manage a small team of analysts

This is an excellent opportunity for a Risk professionals who enjoys implementing policies and managing internal stakeholders. The client are going through a time of growth and rescoping how their risk framework supports these ambitious growth plans. There will be lots of opportunity to enhance your project experience whilst also leading a small team.
