Our client, a national defendant insurance firm, is looking for a PI Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) to join its successful Glasgow based team.

The role sits within the firms casualty team and you will act on behalf of a range of clients including Insurers and local authorities. You will manage pre and litigated claims and work as part of the team to provide a comprehensive range of legal advice and gain the best results for clients.

Additionally, you will work closely with the Partners and use your business development skills to identify new opportunities. To be considered, you will have experience in handling litigated claims in the Court of Session and Sheriff Court.

Experience in handling disease claims would be beneficial but is not essential.

You will be self motivated and have the ability to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills.
