Tax and Trust - Associate Solicitor

A Tier 1 Legal 500 Private Client team are looking for an Associate to join their successful Private Client practice, focusing on Tax and Trusts work, in either Bristol or Exeter.

The Private Client team are split in two, with the Tax and Trust team being made up of 22 Fee Earners split over their 4 offices, including London.

The firm has a well-established practice and has consistently been awarded the top accolade in the Chambers High Net Worth rankings and has also been awarded STEP Platinum Employer Partner accreditation.

The role itself would been made up of a caseload including:

  • Tax advice for individuals and their wealth;
  • The orderly succession of wealth from one generation to the next;
  • The creation and administration of trust and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth;
  • The governance of family owned businesses; and
  • Will preparation.

Ideally the firm are looking for an associate, with 2-5 year PQE, with strong exposure to tax and trusts work.
