Team Leader

Job description

We are keen to speak to Team Leaders who are open to joining a growing company, based in Lincoln. This Team Leader position involves managing a large team of people, dealing with the day-to-day matters that arise through managing a large team, and supporting these people through their career development. The company is working within the insurance sector, and is dynamic and ambitious!

This is an office based position, and so you need to be within a commutable distance of Lincoln. The company is involved in dealing with landlord and tenant claims, and so experience in claims, insurance or the legal sector will be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing a large team of people within the insurance industry, dealing with day to day people management matters including holidays and sickness

  • Supporting people through various stages of career development, including appraisals and bespoke career development plans

  • Handling 121s, appraisals, feedback meetings

  • Managing work-flows and capacity of your team

Team leader experience is a pre-requisite, although applications are accepted from anyone across any regulated industry. If you want to retrain, this is the role for you!
