Job description
Are you an experienced administrator with a strong technical understanding of financial planning? A well-established and respected financial services practice with offices across Scotland is expanding and seeking a Technical Administrator to join its growing Edinburgh team.
In this role, you'll work closely with financial advisers to deliver a high-quality, compliant, and seamless experience for clients. From preparing detailed financial reviews to managing transactions and ensuring accurate documentation, your work will directly support the delivery of exceptional financial advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue annual financial reviews.
- Conduct draw-down reviews and assist with complex tax and pension queries.
- Process client transactions accurately, including fund switches, contributions, and withdrawals.
- Submit new business applications
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a technical or administrative role within financial planning or investment.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, pension schemes, investments, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in tools such as FE Analytics, Voyant, and Microsoft Office.
