The Sales Director within one of the UK's slickest, independent commercial brokerages (offices in Leeds/Bradford) is looking to find his next superstar, who's looking to be coached, developed and trained to become a fully-fledged, successful Account Executive.
As a Trainee Commercial Account Executive, you'll have the opportunity to shadow your senior peers, learn about sales techniques to use when negotiating with clients, all whilst having the opportunity to meet prospective and existing customers face to face. The difference here is you have the ambition and drive to want to push your career to the next level. You won't be starting from scratch, you clearly have the technical knowledge under your belt, you just need to apply this face to face.
Joining the team, you'll have full telemarketing team to generate you client meetings for you to attend, a team of dedicated, qualified Account Handlers who have your back, an incredibly supportive senior management team who aren't peering over your shoulders looking for the next sale but encourage you to grow and become more confident?
Don't forget full claims, broking and admin support as well as specialist divisions to utilise for your client base (For example, financial lines, cyber etc.)

This is why they have a unique financial model available for you to dictate how much you earn. On offer is a salary up to £40,000 + car allowance + a unique commission structure designed to incentivise you.
To be considered, you'll hold experience either as a Commercial Account Handler/Broker or Commercial Underwriter. You'll have been exposure to a range of commercial clients across the board
The right attitude is important for this role, don't worry if you're not the finished article (Yet!), you will have a dedicated leadership team who will on hand to support you on your journey.
