Trainee Financial Adviser

We're partnering with a growing, independent financial planning firm based in Coventry (Meriden), offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a Junior Financial Adviser to join their established and supportive team.
You'll work directly alongside a highly experienced Financial Adviser and Director, gaining first-hand exposure to client meetings, advice delivery and complex financial planning cases, all within a firm that genuinely invests in your long-term career progression.

The Role

  • Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments and protection, supported by an experienced Adviser
  • Participate in client meetings, gradually building confidence and developing your client-facing capabilities
  • Collaborate with Administrators to ensure a smooth and compliant advice process
  • Support with technical research, cashflow modelling and report preparation as you transition into a full advisory role
  • Benefit from a structured development and mentoring plan, designed to help you progress toward full Adviser status
