A national IFA with a strong presence in Southern England have a superb Trainee Financial Advisor opportunity to be based from one of their offices in Essex.

The role would be ideal for either a newly qualified/junior Financial Advisor or a diploma qualified Paraplanner who is looking for that (sometimes difficult to find!) first role in financial advising.

The position will involve being mentored directly by a Chartered IFA. This will include accompanying the Advisor to client meetings, dealing directly with client queries, providing technical support and developing your overall exposure to the full client advice process.

As you develop in the role you will begin to conduct client meetings yourself (under the guidance of your mentor) with the aim of ultimately attaining Competent Advisor Status, SPS and then begin to develop your own portfolio of clients. The long term goal is to become a highly regarded, self-sufficient, Chartered IFA yourself.
