IDEX are proud to represent a top tier international law firm who are looking to appoint a Corporate Lawyer into their tier 1 venture capital practice.

We are keen to speak to Venture Capital Associates looking to join a highly regarded venture capital team. You should ideally have 3 - 8 years worth of experience in dealing with venture capital transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech and life sciences sectors and have a broad understanding of corporate law.

There are additional responsibilities including mentoring junior lawyers and and managing key relationships.

The team itself deal with inspiring tech and fintech businesses to realise their plans for national and international expansion. It is a great role working for one of the tier 1 leading law firms in the emerging companies/venture capital space.

To be successful in this position you will:

• Between 3 - 8 years PQE
• Have a strong understand of corporate law
• Have solid venture capital experience
• Be keen to build relationships with key contacts and advise across a range of agreements
