With over 18 years of experience in insurance recruitment and having been one of the original members of the IDEX family, Michelle has a deep understanding of the professional services market. After nearly two decades within the business, Michelle has taken on an exciting new role as Head of Internal Recruitment, where she will be focussed on attracting high quality entrepreneurial individuals, streamlining the onboarding process, and helping new team members thrive in their first year. Michelle has a strong passion for helping people grow in their careers and reach their potential.
Outside of work, Michelle is a busy mum to two young boys and loves to travel with them whenever she gets the chance, believing that new experiences fuel fresh perspectives, both personally and professionally.
