A spring of energy in the office, Emma is a dedicated and passionate Financial Services specialist.

Partnering with key clients, Emma works as a client advocate, creating and delivering large scale recruitment strategies, marketing plans, and reporting data. She is an expert across all talent management services at IDEX and has a passion for Diversity and Inclusion.

When she’s not at Idex HQ, Emma is spending time with her young son who is animal mad, her personal interests include fashion, travelling and rose wine.
