Prior to IDEX, Fil's career started in Change and Transformation, supporting clients to secure top talent for complex change programmes across the UK insurance market. Fil's focus then transitioned to Underwriting, specifically focusing on London and Lloyds market businesses.
At IDEX, Fil is focused on the UK and international Energy, Power and Renewables markets across broking and underwriting. Fil's approach is very much partnership led, he works very closely with clients and professionals to ensure that the end result is one which benefits all parties.
Outside of work, Fil keeps himself busy with training, be it CrossFit, cycling or running. Alongside this, he is a very keen cook and loves anything that involves being outdoors.
