Joanne has been in recruitment for almost 10 years and still genuinely loves it. Passionate about connecting great people with great roles, her background spans Marketing, HR, Sales, Operations, and Head Office functions - a true jack of all trades. She’s excited to be learning the financial services sector with what she describes as one of the very best and most supportive teams. Headhunting is Joanne’s specialty, and she takes a consultative, people-first approach to ensure the right fit on both sides. She’s big on building real relationships - not just ticking boxes - and nothing beats the buzz when a placement is the perfect match.
