Account Executive

Job description

One of the great things about working for a larger broking business is the sheer number of services you can offer your clients.

It's a bit like being a GP.

You have your patients, and you can diagnose and prescribe a lot. But often the patient needs something specialist, niche or more complex.

The power of the NHS gives them almost endless specialists and consultancy services who can help your patients with nearly every type of ailment or injury.

So, in your role as an Account Executive in this major brokerage, you'll be allocated a client base of around £250k - £300k income which you'll provide all the day to day servicing on.

But it's everything else you can offer your clients which sets these guys apart.

In-house employee benefits advice, due diligence, private clients, risk management, claims consultancy, health & safety.

All internal services which you have at your fingertips here to ultimately better support your clients and help you in the increasingly complex world of insurance advice.

Plus, not to mention the first-class local broking support you'll have behind you from one of the top technical teams in the local region who sort everything from placement through to renewal for you.

Your clients here will be a real mix covering everything from property, manufacturing and engineering through to technology, charities, life sciences and hospitality.

Working in a hybrid capacity, you'll split your time between the Cumbrian offices and at home although you'll be out and about meeting your clients as often as possible.

Here you'll enjoy a salary of up to £60,000 plus package and bonus scheme.

So if you are feeling you are a bit inhibited with what you can offer your client or even if you would prefer a more substantial book to manage, then this should be right up your street.
