Stuart has been recruiting within the Insurance sector since 2007. He joined the IDEX team in September 2019 and since then has worked with a variety of global and independent business, placing talented professionals across the mid-senior end of the insurance market.

In 2024, Stuart established IDEX’s Alternative Risk Transfer business, working with carriers, brokers, managers and Insurtech providers to deliver experienced talent to this rapidly growing market across the globe.

Outside of work, Stuart is a proud dad to his daughter Maisie, who, along with his pet dachshund Lola, keeps him busy in the evenings and weekends. During any spare time, he can also be found on the golf course, battling to maintain a decent handicap.
