The Opportunity
You'll inherit a well-established £250,000 income book made up of loyal, well?nurtured commercial clients. These are relationships that have been carefully built - you'll be stepping into something strong, not starting from scratch.
You'll take full ownership of the client relationship: renewals, cross?sales, retention, and spotting new opportunities to add value.
You'll have support from a first?class broking and technical team, so you can focus on doing what you do best - being in front of clients.
This is mid-market commercial work with substance. You'll deal with a variety of sectors, from manufacturing and engineering to professional services, charities, and tech. No two days the same, no cookie?cutter policies.
Who You Are
You're an experienced Commercial Account Executive who's confident managing your own clients and income. You've spent a few years in the industry - you know what good broking looks like, and you take pride in doing it properly.
You enjoy autonomy but also appreciate having proper support behind you. You like the sound of working for a business that values people over process, and growth over maintenance.
You're based within reach of Surrey and happy to spend a couple of days a week in the office - the rest of the time, you'll have the freedom to manage your week your way.
