Account Executive (£330k income book)
Job description
Here you'll be joining the executive team of this respected commercial broking group to inherit a profitable and well-cultivated book of business.
The income of your new book will be around £330k, made up of clients paying £20k - £60k premiums across sectors such as Engineering, Construction, Food & Drink, Manufacturing, Haulage and Logistics.
There are no targets for new business here although any growth will see you benefit from a bonus on all pieces of new business you write.
This is up and above a market leading retention bonus which you'll benefit on from day one.
This firm offer their Executives all the support they ever need across broking, admin, inhouse/local claims and support from appointment generators who help with any targeted approach work you may want to do.
The Directors of this firm describe the culture as an innovative place to work where the approach is all about sound client management rather than a push for new business at all costs.
And if you are someone who has a drive to progress further into leadership then these guys are actively planning succession within the business and have earmarked a clear succession path for this role.
Ideally, you'll be an established Account Executive in Scotland who prefers more of an independent and non-corporate environment.
