Account Manager

As an Account Manager you provide the vital day-to-day link between the company and our clients. You are the main point of contact for the client - their experience of dealing with you defines their experience of dealing with us.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with quality SME clients, you will build and maintain long-term relationship with your client portfolio

Client Relationship Management

  • Delivering recurring contractual services in a timely, effective and efficient manner
  • Building and maintaining a long-term relationship with your client portfolio
  • Managing questions, queries and issues from the client and their employees
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new lines of business to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all allocated clients
  • Writing client reports
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance


Broking / Provider Management

  • Work closely with key provider relationships across Workplace Pensions, Health-care, Protection, and other Employee Benefits
  • Develop a good understanding of the range of products recommended to clients
  • Use provider systems / websites to complete key administrative tasks such as policy inception, leavers / joiners, renewals and insurance claims


Work collaboratively within The Ink Group

  • Work closely with other Account Managers in the business to ensure you have excellent knowledge of shared clients
  • Develop cross functional relationships with HR and Payroll colleagues to develop your knowledge and understanding
  • Share relevant data and information across functions to ensure outstanding client service is achieved
