Are you a talented and ambitious lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in antitrust/competition law? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment tackling complex legal challenges?
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside renowned Partners and Associates on high-profile matters involving mergers, cartels, and market dominance across various jurisdictions.
About the Role:
Collaborate with senior lawyers on a broad range of antitrust/competition matters, including merger control, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance. Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings and other legal documents, and manage due diligence processes. Advocate for clients before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and other global competition authorities. Develop strong client communication skills and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay current on evolving antitrust laws and regulations in the UK, EU, and internationally.
About You:
3-6 years of PQE in a leading antitrust/competition practice. A strong academic background in law with a focus on competition law. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience in merger control notifications, investigations, and litigation is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
