​Charlotte is an experienced legal recruiter with over 20 years’ experience placing lawyers across all practice groups at Associate and Partner level for leading global practices in London. In her previous role she worked as a Director for over 10 years with one of the largest legal recruitment consultancies based in London. Charlotte has been involved in numerous international projects sourcing elite candidates globally for targeted and retained client mandates. 

Charlotte has joined IDEX as a Business Director covering Legal Private Practice in London. Her remit involves working with the highest profile global and city law firms, using her extensive domestic and international network to source the best talent for clients. She is covering both Associate and Partner level hires. 

Charlotte loves living in the countryside and enjoys competing with her horse and happy times with her little cocker spaniel!
