Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking an exceptional Employment Director to join its growing London office.
This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Employment Lawyer ready to step into a strategic leadership role within a firm known for its quality of work, strong culture and ambitious growth plans.

The Role

As Employment Director, you will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing employment practice in London
  • Advise on complex and high-value employment matters, including:
    • Senior Executive issues
    • TUPE and restructurings
    • Employment litigation
    • Corporate support and transactional employment
  • Play a key role in business development, client relationships and firm-wide strategy
  • Mentor and develop Junior Lawyers
  • Work closely with Partners across corporate, commercial and regulatory teams

The Ideal Candidate

You will be:

  • A Senior Employment Lawyer (Director/Senior Associate/Legal Director/Partner-ready profile)
  • Technically excellent with strong commercial awareness
  • Confident managing client relationships and leading matters independently
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset, with a genuine interest in practice growth
  • Collaborative and aligned with a modern, people-focused firm culture
