Are you a Commercial Solicitor looking to get involved in high-value, high-impact projects while building your career within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment?


This leading national team is expanding and looking for an ambitious lawyer to join their busy and friendly Commercial Projects group. You'll work across a wide range of sectors, advising on complex commercial contracts and projects for government departments, contracting authorities, and private sector clients - including major procurement's with national significance.


You'll be given early responsibility to manage your own matters, supported by experienced partners who'll help you develop both technically and commercially. The work is genuinely varied, and there's scope to get involved in procurement and project management, as well as business development and client secondments.


What you'll be doing:

  • Drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts (including financial and technical schedules)
  • Advising on major national projects and procurement work
  • Managing your own matters with direct client contact
  • Contributing to tenders, pitches, and client development initiatives
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting cross-office collaboration


What we're looking for:

  • A qualified Solicitor (NQ-4 PQE) with strong commercial experience
  • Excellent drafting skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience with government or public sector clients (desirable, not essential)
  • A confident self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and seeing projects through
