Ellie is an experienced Financial Services recruiter, specialising in sourcing top talent for advisory and wealth management firms across the Midlands. With many years of legal recruitment experience, she has a proven track record of placing high-calibre professionals and building strong, trusted relationships with clients and candidates alike.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Ellie works with regional, boutique, and national firms to source top talent across all levels—from paraplanners and administrators to advisers and senior management. She is committed to ensuring the diverse needs of clients and candidates are met and to delivering the right people into the right roles.

Outside of work, Ellie is a big fan of going to the gym and has recently developed a love for Pilates. She is also a proud dog mom to Minnie, who keeps her busy! Ellie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to travel and explore new cultures.
