A growing, well-established financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join the team, taking ownership of an existing client bank. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality, comprehensive advice to individuals, families, and businesses, while building strong, enduring client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business. Paraplanning and administrative support are provided, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide regulated financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, and intergenerational/tax planning.
- Conduct thorough reviews of clients' financial circumstances, needs, and objectives, using tools such as cashflow modelling to illustrate plans.
- Research and recommend suitable solutions from the firm's centralised investment proposition.
- Prepare and present clear, personalised financial plans and suitability reports.
- Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing existing client relationships.
- Work closely with Paraplanning and admin support to ensure efficient, compliant service.
Working Style

The Individual
- Diploma-qualified (Level 4 or above) with strong technical knowledge across all aspects of financial planning.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary effectively.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proactive and motivated to deliver the highest standards of service to clients.
- Experienced in managing and growing an existing client bank.
The Package
- £60,000-£80,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) + bonus
- OTE: £100,000+
