Job description
A highly regarded full-service UK law firm is looking to appoint an Associate Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution (CLDR) team. The firm has a strong national presence, operating across multiple UK offices, and is recognised for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and long-standing client relationships.

The Team
The team acts for a broad range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs, listed companies and multinationals. They handle complex commercial disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal and through arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. The team prides itself on resolving disputes efficiently and building long-term, trusted relationships with clients both nationally and internationally.
Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an Associate Solicitor to work on a diverse caseload and contribute to the wider development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Running and managing your own caseload of commercial disputes
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value matters
- Advising clients on issues including shareholder disputes and enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Using case management and CRM systems effectively
- Getting involved in business development and networking initiatives
About You
- 3-5 years' PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Strong academic background with excellent technical and drafting skills
- Confident managing your own files and delivering work to a high standard
- Commercially astute, pragmatic and client-focused
- Keen to take part in business development and grow your professional profile
