Major international law firm seeks to appoint an ambitious banking associate to join their successful finance team in Manchester.

Our client is a fast growing international law firm with huge global reach and a strong presence in the UK and home to an excellent banking and finance practice.

The firm now seeks to appoint an associate with at least 2-3 years PQE to join their successful banking & finance practice based in Manchester. Working in a friendly team and under the auspices of experienced and supportive partners, you'll be advising major clients on a range of complex banking and finance matters including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, asset based lending transactions, secured lending work, real estate finance, TMT finance and general corporate banking. The team acts on behalf of a range of clients including major clearing banks, alternative lenders, funders, investors and other institutions and corporates including technology start-ups.

You will have gained experience working in another recognised banking & finance practice and you may already be based in Manchester or seeking a move to the North West from London or another regional centre.
