About

Jonathan is a senior legal recruiter with over 20 years of Legal recruitment experience. He specialises in the recruitment of qualified lawyers and partners, having worked primarily in the Midlands, East Anglia and the Southeast.

With detailed knowledge of private practice in these regional markets, Jonathan works in trusted partnership with key decision makers at a wide range of practices, from boutique to international. He can provide expert advice, support and guidance throughout the process, connecting the right lawyers with the right firms. Jonathan handles bespoke retained search assignments for clients as well as contingent work.

Jonathan works in our UK Legal Private Practice team with lawyers and law firm clients in the UK regions and London to deliver a range of strategic recruitment and talent management solutions including retained executive search projects.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys the great outdoors, reading and creative writing, the theatre and spending quality time with his (rapidly growing) family. He is also an avid football fan, following the fortunes of Derby County FC.
