Do you want the autonomy to be left to run the branch as it was your own business, no micro management this is based on trust.

You will have the option of hybrid working with an expectation of you being in the Liverpool office 2/3 times per week.
A long established and successful broker with a strong regional presence across the UK market seek a Branch Director to lead their commercial business.

As head of the business, you will take on responsibility for driving the financial performance of the business, with full P&L responsibility.

Managing a team of Account Executives and support staff, you will drive the performance of the business whilst ensuring the organisation maintains its client first culture.

You will need to have a strong and proven leadership background, gained ideally within a commercial broker environment along with experience of dealing with clients.

This is a superb opportunity for an individual to take control of a significant sized broker in the West Midlands region who are growing across the UK.
