Change & IT Roll out Program Manager

Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Change Program Manager who is based in Florida, Miami. You must have experience of delivering global Change and IT roll out programs.

You must have:

  • Leadership and Relationship Management: Exceptional in leading teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, with a talent for building relationships and resolving conflicts
  • Change Management Proficiency: Adept in change management and operational readiness, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Strategic Resilience: Combines strategic thinking with resilience, excelling in analytical decision-making and understanding complex product solutions
  • Adaptive Industry Expert: Experienced in working with third parties and in various industry settings, demonstrating adaptability, multitasking, and a detail-oriented approach. Understanding of the PropTech and/or FinTech industry would be beneficial
  • Product development : A broad understanding and practical experience of agile/scrum development approach to working as well as agile in a scaling multi team organization
  • Fluent in English

Immediate Start
Salary - $100000/$150000 plus bonus & benefits
